Hey everyone. It’s about 15 degrees here, and it’s supposed to snow soon. Chilly, chilly and the perfect weather to bake cookies! Here is a recipe I received at our wedding shower from a family friend. It is so so simple. So simple, in fact, that I am baking them while I am blogging.

1 egg
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. choc. chips
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1. Slightly beat egg
2. Mix in rest of ingredients
3. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350 for 10 min.
That’s it! Seriously easy, seriously good.
