Sam made another trip to the ER this weekend. This time it wasn’t anything injury related – just a nasty fever. But don’t worry. He made up for that fact by flipping over his bed rail and splitting his lip the next day. Don’t. You. Worry.
I care enough to make sure you don’t miss out on anything I posted earlier this week. Obviously you have a good excuse for why you didn’t read. I forgive you. And I update you:

Sam keeps you on your toes! It’s going to be fun to see if Theo follows in his footsteps ;-). You’re doing an incredible job, mama. And thanks for sharing that banana link- I foresee much much more banana bread in our future.
You know you see too much of the pediatric ER when the doctor on duty compliments you on how your kid has grown in the last couple months and admires your hair cut. (My kiddo used to get febrile seizures and didn’t meet a respiratory virus he didn’t want to get to know better.)
Sorry to hear about your Sam’s ER visit. My Sam is such a daredevil I don’t know how we have managed not to pay them a visit there yet!
