7QT: a lot of hassle trying to scrounge up mason jars

June 19, 2015 By Jenna 2 Comments

chatter

I got to go to one of those super adorable Pinterest weddings this past weekend. My beautiful cuz married the nicest dude, and they had the most charming rustic wedding.

Pinterest wasn’t around when Mike and I got married, so that probably saved me a lot of hassle trying to scrounge up mason jars, but part of me wishes that I could have curated a bunch of awesome boards filled with darling ideas.

And, obviously, the most important part of the day was that Mike and I got married and received a beautiful Sacrament, but who wouldn’t love a wedding day do-over? With everything you know now, wouldn’t that be just…fun?

I’m thinking about writing a Wedding Do-Over post soon just so I can plan all of the fun little party details.

I care enough to make sure you don’t miss out on anything I posted earlier this week. Obviously you have a good excuse for why you didn’t read. I forgive you. And I update you:

I’m not the only bard in this neck of the Internet. Check out some gems that I didn’t Mark as Read before even getting to. In fact, I saved them to savor later. So, are they good? I don’t know. Let’s find out together:

I tell my hubby all the time that if we have the money for our 10th anniversary, it would be SO much fun to formally renew our wedding vows and have a big party afterwards! Although my main reason would be so our close friends now (who didn’t go to our wedding) could celebrate with us this time :)

But yeah, there are totally some things I would change if I did a wedding do-over!
