Sunday Picnik

July 18, 2011 By Jenna 1 Comment

I needed to get out of the apartment again today, but the temps were in the upper 90s and they look like they are going to stay there for at least the next ten days. That means that I am somewhat confined to my house since I don’t do well in that kind of heat these days…

Mike was a champ and took me out in the car with the air blasting, and we explored our city trying to find things we had never seen before. We did a pretty good job!

A horse, of course.
Public viewing of a private airport. We didn’t see any planes take off today :(
Abandoned factory…it’s for sale, people!
An old prison: turns out there are five or six art galleries and cafes on the grounds now. Who knew?

Apparently we have a vineyard and a winery in town? Hittin’ that up after the birth!

Water tower that I’m hoping is not in use anymore…

If you’re wondering at the title of the post, I amused myself after taking the pictures by going to my favorite editing site: picnik.com!
