I don’t care how weird you think this is: twice a year on Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day, I put the kids down for long naps, and I sit in front of my computer and enter allllll of the giveaways. It is chicken soup for my crafty soul.

    A face cloth/flannel. Bit boring I know, and not what the experts recommend, but I love the feeling of a freshly washed face!

    I can’t live without a good mascara – I love getting the Sephora Lash Stash at Christmas to try out new ones. And Revlon Color Burst Lip Butter in a nude shade. I can put it on without a mirror and it helps keep my lips moisturized and glam.

    My new mascara from Clinique – Lash Power. It has the teensiest little brush and I can get all my baby lower lashes and it is a tubing masacara, so no smudges all day and warm water to take it off. Perfection.

    My face moisturizer is the one thing I CAN’T be without. But my most used makeup item would be mascara paired with my eyelash curler. That duo can make me look awake and happy even if I am sick!

    EEEk – I actually don’t have a beauty regime, nor do I wear make up :( However I can’t live without my hair brush and a hair elastic to be able to sort out this thick tangled curly mane of mine. Even in the winter months it is up in a pony tail of some sorts.

    My homemade deodorant- I’ve tried nearly everything on the market and seem to be allergic to them or they just don’t work (or the really fun ones that don’t work and I’m allergic to). Two years ago I tried a super simple recipe with coconut oil, baking soda, arrowroot powder, & tea tree oil and it worked wonderfully and no more hives.

    i am so frumpy that i forgot how to use a blow dryer and got my hair sucked in the back and caught! not a good person to ask. i do like my cotton facial cleansing pads, though. if i don’t wash my face every night i break out. i am just so exhausted sometimes that i fall asleep forgetting…

    Vaseline, in this dry cold weather it goes on my lips during the day and on my hands (with white cotton socks over top) at night. Not very appealing but it keeps my hands and nails looking somewhat normal this time of year.
