This is my go-to holiday morning/brunch recipe. I usually have everything on hand, and it is so quick and pleases a crowd (and toddlers). What more could you really ask for? What more, I say!
Ingredients
1lb ground sausage (I used pork)
1lb shredded cheese (I use whatever I have on hand; sometimes even parmesan)
1 egg
Approx. 2 c. Bisquick
Directions
Mix all of your ingredients together (by hand works best). I add the Bisquick in slowly until it is the consistency of meatballs. You may not use all of the 2 cups.
Place walnut sized balls on greased baking sheet
Bake 20-25 min at 350
Serve with syrup for dipping

nice appetizers for parties too…Slightly healthier version…use turkey or chicken sausage instead of pork…yummy too!
Hm. Maybe we’re going to need some at the nap party!
These sound super easy and yummy! I could go some right now. Stopping by from the Weekend Blog Walk :)
Oh they are! My husband and brother-in-law can’t get enough! Welcome!
Um, yum. Seriously yum. And so easy too!
Your dudes would love them! They even taste good with ketchup ;)
