Breakfast Sausage Bites

This is my go-to holiday morning/brunch recipe. I usually have everything on hand, and it is so quick and pleases a crowd (and toddlers). What more could you really ask for? What more, I say!

Breakfast sausage bites (or breakfast meatballs) are so easy and fun. Whenever I go to a brunch, people always request I bring things. Almost no time in the kitchen and crowd-pleasing results! | breakfast recipes | breakfast ideas | easy | meatballs

Ingredients

1lb ground sausage (I use pork)
1lb shredded cheese (I use whatever I have on hand; sometimes even parmesan)
1 egg
Approx. 2 c. Bisquick

Directions

  • Mix all of your ingredients together (by hand works best).
  • I add the Bisquick in slowly until it is the consistency of meatballs. You may not use all of the 2 cups.
  • Place walnut sized balls on greased baking sheet
  • Bake 20-25 min at 350F
  • Serve with syrup for dipping
