This is my go-to holiday morning/brunch recipe. I usually have everything on hand, and it is so quick and pleases a crowd (and toddlers). What more could you really ask for? What more, I say!

1lb ground sausage (I use pork)
1lb shredded cheese (I use whatever I have on hand; sometimes even parmesan)
Approx. 2 c. Bisquick
- Mix all of your ingredients together (by hand works best).
- I add the Bisquick in slowly until it is the consistency of meatballs. You may not use all of the 2 cups.
- Place walnut sized balls on greased baking sheet
- Bake 20-25 min at 350F
- Serve with syrup for dipping
