This weekend, we got together with Mike’s siblings for the First Annual Sibling Olympics. I’m telling you guys, I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. We picked games from the Minute to Win It website and competed for a glorious trophy. I wish I had more photos to share, but we were having so much fun, I forgot!
The first event, Breakfast Scramble, I have no photos of at all. We cut up cereal boxes and races to piece them back together. I took second place in that event. No big deal.
Second up: Hanky Panky! The first to empty a tissue box with one hand is the winner. Now do the math: seven people with a box of tissues each, 160 tissues per box, rapid fire tissue pulling. I think that equals hilarious.
The third event was Face the Cookie where we had to get a cookie from our foreheads to our mouths only using our facial muscles.
The tissue boxes came back out for Jingle in the Trunk. Each person had to empty 15 jingle bells out of an empty tissue box tied to his or her waist without using hands. We have
blackmail videos of everyone, but here is the winner, Matt.
The last event was Sticky Situation. It was a tournament style event where we had to get ping pong balls to bounce and stick to bread slathered in peanut butter.
When all was said and done, our brother-in-law Will took home the coveted trophy!
I’m already looking forward to next year! Any ideas for events? Let me know in the comment section below :)
